ACRYLATE RESINS

Resins for sealing and strengthening. Resins with a high solids content, no gel!

Acrylate resins are injection resins with a high solids content, so-called solid resins. The application is comparable to classic epoxy or PUR resins. In contrast to these standard systems, acrylates offer enormous advantages. Swellable acrylate resins have been developed to re-inject injection hoses without compromising their functional safety. Machines, equipment and injection hoses can be cleaned in an environmentally friendly way using only water and no solvents. Acrylates can be processed at temperatures below 0°C and cure safely even in thin layers. This means that work can also be carried out in winter.

The enormous strength of rigid acrylate systems enables contact, stabilisation and consolidation injections. The difference to epoxy or PUR resins is the temperature resistance (can be applied down to -20°C), the moisture tolerance and the low viscosity until the end of the working time.
