ARCAN offers injection resins for waterproofing cracks, construction joints, honeycombs, cavities and other defects in concrete, masonry, soil and rock. The product range includes rigid, flexible and water-swellable systems, allowing the injection material to be selected according to the structure, moisture conditions and required performance.

Water-swellable injection resins increase in volume after curing when they come into contact with water. Depending on the product, their flexibility and swelling properties can help accommodate changes in cracks and joints and support the long-term sealing function.

Integral injection resins are ready-to-use, one-component materials. They require no on-site mixing and have no conventional pot life. This simplifies application and reduces the risk of mixing and dosing errors. Depending on the product and application conditions, Integral Technology can also reduce material losses, cleaning requirements and processing time.

The acrylate injection resins listed in this application category cure to solid resin bodies and are not injection gels. They can be used for applications such as crack injection, injection-hose grouting, construction-joint sealing, honeycomb sealing and structural consolidation. Selected systems can also be processed at temperatures below 5°C; the applicable temperature range is specified in the respective technical data sheet.

Equipment used with these acrylate resins can be cleaned with water while the material is still uncured. No separate solvent-based cleaning agent is required.

The injection resins in this category have a solids content of 100% and can also be used for post-injection following the application of water-stop foam. Product selection must be based on the substrate, moisture conditions and the intended sealing function.
