Drill Hole Mortar

Drill Hole Mortars close drilling holes after the injection job. The proper closing of the holes, after removing the packers, is important but mainly ignored. Standard mortar is never suitable for drill hole filling due to its shrinking properties, the absorption of remaining water and the meagre pumpability.
Quite different are real drill hole mortars which were especially designed for proper filling. ARCAN drill hole mortars are smooth, creamy and easy pumpable, they don´t shrink and fill the hole properly. The hydrophobic feature is essential, because it prevents the mortar from sucking up remaining water and displaying dark spots.
